Vacation Part II - The North Pole

Our second day in Colorado, we headed to the North Pole with the Leahy bunch.  Christmas music blaring from the speakers, candy canes and gingerbread houses at every turn, it didn’t take long to get into the holiday spirit.
Seeing Santa in June, H was hardly able to contain her excitement.  Q holds a grudge and had the same feelings toward him as she did in December… no way was she going to sit on this strange man’s lap.
Every ride had the same sign “must be 32-inches to ride”.  Q stands 31 ¾ inches tall… but her trademark blonde half ponytail, that relentlessly sticks up was her saving grace.  And thank goodness… because she had no fear and rode every ride that big Sis did.

Q finally agreed to get within 3-feet of Santa if Mommy held her.
She even managed a smile.

The girls in a deep conversation with Grant.  He was just too cute!

We didn't realize this ride was quite to fast until it started.
Q held her own though.

Luckily Scott was awesome enough to take the girls on a few "bigger" rides... since I was 7-month pregnant Mommy and Daddy gets motion sickness easily.
