Last year at this time Harper was infatuated with Dora. She had slippers, PJs, figurines, and could watch an entire episode in a zombie like state.
When I surprised her with Dora and Boots pumpkins... she was ecstatic. She hugged and kissed them non-stop.
Now she has discovered Disney Princesses. "Pincess Merman" is her favorite. She has hand-me-down Ariel PJs from Taylor that she wears ALL the time.
So this year I surprised her with Ariel and Flounder pumpkins. Its her "Fall Thing" and she can't get enough of them.
No hugs and kisses this year... but her face when she woke up from nap to see them said it all. Totally worth the time and sore back from painting them.
Every time we leave the house both girls wave good-bye and Harper says, "Bye-bye Pincess Merman and Flounders!" Sometimes its the simple things that totally make it worth it.

Wow Harper does look a lot different!! She has grown up a ton in the last year.
