The Rugrat Trees

I was proactive this year.  I fully expected both girls wanting to explore our Christmas tree... so I decided to put up three smaller trees.  The Rugrat Trees.

Nonbreakable was the key theme!

We got do-it-yourself ornaments that both girls helped make.  I also hung bells on the trees... something fun to take on and off with the dual purpose of an alarm system if little hands get too rough.

The Rugrat Trees have been a hit, the girls like to put the ornaments on and off them daily... and most importantly, it has kept them out of The Mommy Tree.

Strange??? I could have swore there use to be sparkly stickers on that purple ornament.  Hmmmm.

Looks like someone has been busy... 

Potential Culprits:

Dogs: lack opposable thumbs making it almost impossible to pull the stickers off.

H:  Says she was watching Dora... alibi checked out.

Q: No alibi... ornery grin.  Upon closer examination... the evidence was on her sleeve.
