Two Ellies

Her Ellies have been with her since she was born.

She still sleeps with every night, they go on every trip with us, when she get hurt she needs them to snuggle with them.

I bought two and would keep one in her drawer to use with the other got dirty.  We called them "dirty Ellie" and "clean Ellie".  Didn't take long and she figured out there were two and wanted both of them.  So she called them "two Ellies". 

If they go missing it is a major crisis and she will look everywhere for her "two Ellies!" 

It will be heartbreaking the day she outgrows them.  When she doesn't ask for them at bedtime or cry out for them when she gets hurt.  Hopefully we have several more nights that a pink plush elephant blankie is needed as she drifts quietly to sleep.
