Great Strides

Early May each year we participate in the Great Strides walk to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  Joey is a very special little guy (or I should probably say young man) and we do it in hopes that they someday soon find a cure!

Donuts, live music, family... the girls have a great time each year.  And H can't get enough of her big cousin Joey.  She follows him everywhere and will often say, "I really love my Joey!". 

In our house he is known as "my Joey"... H has called him that since she was little.



She could hardly stand the drive there...
she  kept saying "I get to see my Joey today!"

We walk with enormous amounts of hope that someday soon they find a cure to Cystic Fibrosis and we walk to celebrate "my Joey".
