Three apples high, survive on smurfberries, live in mushrooms, and have an extremely high male to female ratio, the smurfs were a must watch Saturday morning cartoon for me growing up.
Made it extra special that a childhood favorite of mine would be Harper's first big screen movie!!!
She loved it... would laugh at the funny parts and shiver and say, "that scares me" during the scarier parts.
Half way through she was even singing along, "la, la, la-la la la, la, la-la, la la"... Until Mommy whispered, "Shhhhh".
Moments later a small boy sitting behind us starts to talk. Harper was on it, she turned around and with her finger pressed against her lips told him, "Shhhhh".
